What would the Cotswold’s be without its quaint towns filled
with dainty shops, posh pub grub and of course its cafes with tea and cakes? If
you have been to The Cotswold’s you will know of its natural rural beauty and
gorgeous country towns, filled with the hustle and bustle of locals and tourists.
Burton-on-the-water
Burton has a beautiful river running through it, which in
itself is an attraction all year round. Small bridges allow you to visit either
side of the river where there are a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Tetbury
A traditional market town, filled with antique shops, market
stalls and cafes. Visit Tetbury for an amazing slice of cake and a cup of tea,
along the way you might find a bargain on one of the local stools.
I love England for so many reasons, but especially the rural towns in the Cotswold's!
Have you visited the Cotswold's?
What other great places are there to visit?
Looks like you've had a great time there. And Burton is lovely with that river running through it. I saw something similar in Delft, in the Netherlands. Never been in Cotswolds.
