After an overindulgent weekend I decided to start the week
with something super fresh and healthy. This smoothie is a Breakfast
replacement which will hopefully keep me going until lunchtime! It is the first
time we have tried a breakfast smoothie but was really tasty, so I thought I
would share the recipe.
Approx 338 cals per drink
100mls Skimmed Milk/almond milk
22.5g Whey protein – Half a scoop
Kale (as much as you can manage)
Handful of Raspberries
Handful of Blueberries
Half a tbsp. of Peanut butter
Blend & Enjoy
